Test. Protect. Breath Easy.
Safe, reliable radon reduction installations.
If radon testing reveals elevated radon levels in your property, the next step is to mitigate. Without a doubt, the most cost-effective and successful means for removing radon in the home is an ADS (active depressurization system).
The ADS system draws air from under the slab or from under a radon polyethylene barrier (if there is no slab) and exhausts it to EPA’s standards through PVC pipe and a specially designed in-line fan.

Very professional.
Very professional. Explained the whole process and the total cost was extremely competitive. Will recommend to anyone I know looking for a radon test and/or mitigation system.
Outstanding job.
Certified Radon did an outstanding job at installing, testing, and explaining the operations of the system. The entire staff was very professional and helpful to a new customer. I was very pleased with the plumbing, mounting, electrical, and all areas of the installation work they did inside and out. I would recommend Certified Radon to homeowners.
Very professional.
Gary was very professional, on time, and did a nice job installing the system. I like that I have a guarantee on mitigated radon levels. I will continue to test and monitor.
Radon Mitigation System Installation Options
Radon is in every home and structure.
Radon mitigation systems use a fan to continuously pull air from the soil and vent it outdoors through a pipe that ends above the edge of the roof.
The pipe can either run on the interior or exterior of the home. Both vent outside, away from windows and openings. In addition, cracks and openings in the foundation are sealed. Sealing limits the flow of radon and makes the radon mitigation system more efficient.
Interior Mitigation System
The pipe runs through the inside of the home and the vacuum fan is accessed in the attic.
Exterior Mitigation System
The pipe runs alongside the outside of the home and the vacuum fan is accessed outside. Upgrade option to paint match the pipe to the home exterior
Other Certified Radon services include radon fan replacements, discharge replacement or re-routing, system relocation, and sealing of sump pumps.
