Administrative Coordinator: Full-Time Non-Exempt


Position Description

Our company has a great opportunity for a dependable, Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The Administrative coordinator position is for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, friendly, whose primary purpose is to provide clerical support to our CR clients. This position requires a depth of understanding in terms of accounting, market research, as well as thorough knowledge of Certified Radon processes and protocols, and quality assurance measures. An understanding of policies and procedures is key to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. This position will also serve as a primary point of operational and administrative contact for the Chief Executive Officer internal/external constituencies.

  • Assist in Office task and responsibilities as needed
  • Assist the CR Team with inbound, outbound calls and emails as needed
  • Assist the CR Team to Ensure efficiency of dispatch by reviewing the schedule daily
  • Assist CEO & Management in Coordinating travel arrangement(s), Event(s) and Team outing
  • Maintain office supplies and material inventory
  • Manage and follow-up on accounts receivable
  • Input and upload Invoice(s) to Account payables as needed
  • Verify daily billing and make adjustments as needed with approval
  • Classifies, examines, and analyzes accounting records and prepares related financial reports and statements
  • Process data and information using various products within the guidelines of Certified Radon accurately
    • Verify accuracy for Monthly & Quarterly Measurement and Mitigation State Reporting
    • Monitor Calibration Reporting
    • Monthly Workers Comp Reporting
    • CR Team Certification Reporting
  • Certification processing to support the CR Team
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Participates as needed in special department projects
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Gsuite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and CRM
  • Type a minimum of 50 WPM; utilize 10 key
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
